Private Sessions

We work with you individually using the method of Pilates and using the studio equipment including the reformer. As you progress we give you the skills and knowledge that will filter into your other activities and help you reach your  personal goals.

Available as 1:1 or 2:1 with a friend (similar physical capabilities).

Private Pilates is recommended for anyone with specific goals or injury recovery, sports performance or just if you want faster, more targeted progress.
