With small groups of 8, you are part of a supportive environment where we can help you develop on an individual level as well as group. All equipment is provided and we encourage you to cross train (do a variety) and come regularly (3 times a week) for good results.

MEMBERSHIP FAQ’s

We encourage you to cross train using the different disciplines to help your body in different ways. As mentioned experts agree on the moderate intensity of 50 minutes or vigorous at 25 minutes. So let’s have a look at the type of classes and the benefits they bring to help you. To keep it simple all classes are 50 minutes.

To get the mix we recommend, 3 times a week is ideal, more is a bonus.

You can either buy a Class Pack or for the best value choose from one of our flexible Memberships.

As a small business we do have to stick tightly to our policies so please read so you don’t get any surprises!
