With small groups of 8, you are part of a supportive environment where we can help you develop on an individual level as well as group. All equipment is provided and we encourage you to cross train (do a variety) and come regularly (3 times a week) for good results.
Which classes are for me?
We encourage you to cross train using the different disciplines to help your body in different ways. As mentioned experts agree on the moderate intensity of 50 minutes or vigorous at 25 minutes. So let’s have a look at the type of classes and the benefits they bring to help you. To keep it simple all classes are 50 minutes.
How many times a week should I come?
To get the mix we recommend, 3 times a week is ideal, more is a bonus.
Once I’ve finished my trial, which price is best for me?
The monthly Magic 3 is the best if you’re planning on coming 3 times a week (recommended) and the Unlimited is outstanding value if you know you want to maximise your use.
