Barre is our signature class that promises to sculpt, tone, strengthen and stretch. This unique class is a blend of isometric exercises and dynamic stretches that will undoubtedly make you stronger and longer. We demand precise technique to refine your movement. Whether you’re experienced or a beginner, barre is guaranteed to make you sweat. It’s athletic and so much fun!
MAT PILATES
LOW INTENSITY
Mat Pilates is a blend of Pilates and other movement forms that adds variety to your workout helping you build strength in a variety of places, especially your abs!
Options are offered to suit your ability with lots of challenge and fun in a variety of ways.
Suitable for everyone, open practise.
TRX
MODERATE/HIGH INTENSITY
TRX is a high strength and low impact, perfect for joint and bone health. Work all your major muscle groups in this full body conditioning workout. TRX is intense functional training using your own bodyweight.
