PL STRENGTH
This class incorporates a variety of load bearing exercises. Build strength and stamina with simple, easy to follow exercises, open to all. Designed to work you to fatigue through higher reps for muscular endurance. Ditch the cardio and challenge all your large muscle groups.
PL POWER
A strong flow based class that taps into endurance and stamina. With a mixture of standing and floor work, you will build heat and gently push your limits with selected tools to keep you challenged.
Enjoy moving to upbeat music to lift you mentally as well as physically. Get ready to sweat (a little)! Switch up your regular routine and light up. A must try for everyone.
PL CORE
PL Core is a challenging core-centric flow class that includes multiple ab and back sections. This class requires physical stamina and mental endurance that will leave you feeling strong all around! Expect planking, pulsing and pushing your way through a fun workout that you’ll feel the next day.
