Strength, tone & sculpt

Barre classes offer a perfect blend of stretching and toning to help you sculpt your ballet body. Barre mixes elements of Pilates, dance and yoga and and uses targeted toning sequences of isolated micro-movements all choreographed into a fun motivating session.

In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, tone and stretch your entire body.

Our signature Barre class has plenty of challenge to build stamina and strength. This low impact, high energy class will sculpt your lean dancers body and offers a great workout for both experienced and beginners.

All levels welcome.

Spring Barre

Springboard Barre is perfect for improving balance ability, thanks to the wide range of exercises that are performed standing with springs and and the push through.

In this type of training, the role of the lateral muscle chain is crucial for maintaining the body in balance, both in static and dynamic, and for stabilization in the loading phase on a single limb.
