STRETCH, TONE & SCULPT WITH BARRE

Barre classes offer a perfect blend of stretching and toning to help you sculpt your ballet body. Barre mixes elements of Pilates, dance and yoga and and uses targeted toning sequences of isolated micro-movements all choreographed into a fun motivating session.

In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, tone and stretch your entire body.

BARRE

Our signature Barre class has plenty of challenge to build stamina and strength. This low impact, high energy class will sculpt your lean dancers body and offers a great workout for both experienced and beginners.

BARRE SCULPT

This is a full body, low impact workout suitable for all fitness levels. Barre Sculpt challenges your balance, core and control while lengthening and strengthening your body from within. Tone up quickly with this super sculpting all over body workout that targets development on more range of movement and flexibility with with band based resistance.

BARRE FLOW

This combination of Barre, Yoga and Stretch will lift your heart rate and your spirits. Accessible to all, kind on joints, this workout has a strong focus on overall flexibility and mobility. Walk away feeling uplifted and taller.

BARRE STRENGTH

Barre Strength is an amazing workout that pairs traditional barre moves with heavier weights to build strength for a total body workout to sculpt and tone your muscles and boost your heart rate for the complete package. A unique combination.
