Barre Extend 19 March

Stretch it out at the barre. This class starts with a 35 min Barre section focusing entirely on strengthening and lengthening. The remainder of the class includes a full body stretch aiming to work on your dancers body. Deep stretch with a focus on opening hips and working towards splits. 19 March at 11:00–12:00
