Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a blend of Pilates and other movement forms that adds variety to your workout helping you build strength in a variety of places, especially your abs!
Options are offered to suit your ability with lots of challenge and fun in a variety of ways.

Springboard Pilates
This class is the perfect partner for Mat. Springboard combines classical and contemporary Pilates elements meeting each other to give you a unique hybrid. Springs can provide both support or challenge.
Practicing Pilates with the addition of controlled spring resistance will improve your core strength, coordination, alignment, balance, joint stability and range of motion. Spring resistance offers feedback to the body enabling you to take control of your movement. Class will always focus on proper biomechanics while also encouraging movement exploration and autonomy.
Discovering the PL is the best thing that I ever did. It has changed my life! After 18 months of attending I am now at my fittest and strongest that I have ever been. The classes are hard but enjoyable. All of the teachers are truly inspirational and motivating.
