PL Strength

This class incorporates a variety of load bearing exercises. Build strength and stamina with simple, easy to follow exercises, open to all. Designed to work you to fatigue through higher reps for muscular endurance. Ditch the cardio and challenge all your large muscle groups.

PL Sculpt

PL Sculpt combines sculpting exercises with influence from Pilates and other fitness methods to improve overall mobility and strength.

I’ve been going to PL Studio in Sutton Coldfield for almost a year. I can honestly say it’s been life changing. The instruction, the environment, the class variety, the people are all amazing. Pilates is a way of life. Pilates at PL is fun, challenging and extremely rewarding for mind, body and soul.
