All classes on the schedule are suitable for everyone. We keep classes small with a maximum of 9 people which allows our experienced teachers to offer adaptions for everybody so you work out at your own level.
In the event of a class being full we operate a waiting list; if somebody cancels and a space becomes available, the person at the top of the waiting list will automatically be moved onto the class. An email will be sent to you informing you so please keep an eye on your e-mails if you [...]
You can pay using our online booking system. Simply register, buy a drop-in, 10, 20 or 40 class pass then book your classes.
A block of 10 classes will expire within 3 months of purchase date, 20 and 40 class passes expire in 6 months. Please click here for more information »
Yes, providing there is space you can use it whenever you like. To ensure you have a place in the classes you want, it is advisable to book in advance. You can book up to 8 weeks in advance
You can cancel your classes by logging into your online account up to 24 hours before and keep your credit for another time. If you do not turn up for a class or have cancelled within 24 hours, you will lose your credit but please do consider fellow members who may be on the waiting [...]
